She's Here!

Eleanor Victoria McBeth was born July 29th at 8:28 a.m. She weighed 8 lb 2 oz and is 21 inches long. My c-section was very straightforward this time (thank God). Eleanor was in a somewhat odd position, so the doctor had to use forceps to get her head out, but she and I are both doing fine! So far she is interested in much other than eating and sleeping (kind of like me) but we are hoping to head home from the hospital on Saturday and let her begin to adjust to the crazy household she has been born into!
