Last Sunday was a truly monumental day in Fraser's life as an event occurred which I must, in good conscience, record here for posterity. So without further ado (drum roll please) Fraser had chocolate for the first time and he thought it was gooooooooood!

We were at a friend's house for dinner and it was pretty close to Fraser's bedtime when we finished eating so his good mood, and good manners, were wearing pretty thin. There were milano cookies for desert and, as he was eyeing them curiously, I decided to let him try sucking on one. He was unsure about it for about .2 seconds and then promptly tried to stuff the entire cookie into his face. I managed to pry it out of his tiny little fingers, leaving a nice display of chocolate on his face, but not, I fear, before inadvertently creating a tiny chocoholic first.

Fraser now has a pretty miserable cold (no, I don't think the two are related) so I fear there will be no further pictures of my little snot monkey until he starts to look a little less sticky. I have, however, finally opened an account on youtube where I can post videos of Fraser performing amazing feats like sitting. Currently, per my mother's request, there is a video of Fraser practicing rocking on his hands and knees. I put a link on the right side of this blog called "Fraser Videos" which will take you to the youtube site should you find that photographs are no longer sufficient to create that necessary morning Fraser fix.
